History
Kingdom Business Apostolic Church was birthed by the founder, Pastor Shirley E. Reeves in March 1999. Services were conducted in various venues in the city of Ithaca, NY.
Pastor Reeves was asked, "why did you name the church 'Kingdom Business'?" Her reply was. "it's not your business!" Now our motto is: "It's not your business, it's not our business, IT'S KINGDOM BUSINESS."
Because of the many attacks on this assignment, KBA was rendered homeless for seven years.
Many challenges caused the Pastor to doubt God's will. She started selling the church instruments and equipment so that she could get out of the BUSINESS.
Kingdom Business re-opened in 2015. God used one of His servants to stop Pastor Reeves in the middle of the selling process. This servant of God told Pastor Reeves that her work was not over, and instructed her to locate a place of worship.
There had been a prophetic word spoken twice by different individuals saying. "don't fret, if things don't happen immediately, but people are going to be running through those doors, and there won't be enough room."

COMPLETING the Commission given to us by the Commissioner in this Community
COMMUNICATE this Common Salvation in this complicated society

Beliefs
New Birth: Being born again of the water & spirit according to Acts 2: 38 Baptism in Jesus name and being filled with the Holy Ghost speaking in tongues as the Spirit gives utterance.
Communion: we serve Wine from the vine for the blood of Jesus... No grape juice...After it’s BLESSED it s discerned as the blood that was shed for us.
We used ‘MAtzah’ to serve for his body. (..no wafers, crackers, white or wheat bread). After being Blessed it’s discerned as his body that was broken for us.
Marriages: we believe in uniting Male & Female in Holy Matrimony after at least 3 sessions of counseling that they do not enter into un-advisedly.
Tithes & offering according to Old Testament scriptures: The word Tithe being Tenth. Old Testament Scriptures:
The obligatory offering from the law of Moses. Lev 27:30-34 Mal 3:10. Prob 3:9
A few New Testament scriptures: Heb 7:1-2. and 2 Cor 9: 6-7
Fasting & prayer: Old Testament Scriptures psalms 69:10, Isaiah 58:6, Nehemiah 1:4
New Testament Scriptures: Matthew 6:16-18. Luke 2:37, Acts 13:2
